it seems that you nay not have benefited from the sentiment expressed in this forum.
By and large the majority of posters are bearish or very cautious about the future prospects for RE.
Therefore perhaps this is not the time you skydive into a RE project. Remember that little saying;
"buy in haste, repent at leisure"
With floods devastating parts of your State and with the enormous problems in Qld, interest rate rises to happen, perhaps it is time to sit....and wait.
Have you wondered why all this RE in your area is for sale? Have you done any research?
