I had a look at the last VMC Quarterly Report and they sold the shares they offloaded on one day rather than on-market by drip feeding sell orders into the general market. However, as VMC’s holding percentage has decreased and another Director has been appointed, I still believe that the VMC Directorship is questionable, especially given that future selling of RXL shares is very likely by VMC, given VMC’s share price and cash position.
