I can’t see the point of a cap raise at .002
If it gets to .002 and a cap raise becomes a serious consideration at those levels, my money is on the management considering privatising/delisting the business and re-listing it in the USA, after they have secured offtake agreements for the aggregate and completed the BFS for the gold.
