The article you so valiantly referred to is an old article with old news. Refer to the AGILE Study which was published late December 2024 (not your article of 2022). Paxalisib showed efficacy and confirmed initial Ph I/II results which indicates a better SOC that the current drug Temazolomide that treats GBM.
The drug works, Management did not work! I posted a long article on JG last night one here. Unfortunately, it was pulled. DYOR.
