"Really the only ones that have benefited are the sophs like Chuk that participate in the raises and dump when that paid ramper guy blasts out his spammy content."

That might have been accurate until you included me in it.
First of all, I don't sell when the paid ramper blasts his spammy content. I'm more likely to buy then and take any trading profits when he is least vocal and the sp is strong.
Secondly, the only time I sold most or all of any cr allocation for a quick profit was the last time because I was already too heavily into MNB but still wanted to support the company so I decided to participate anyway. I thought I would have to wait a while to sell at profit but I was surprised by a very strong opening day so I took it. With most other cr's my intention was to buy and hold for much longer periods and that's what I usually did.
Thirdly, very little of my profits from Mnb came from cr's. The vast majority came in 2021 when I bought probably all my stock on market - I don't think I took any in cr's back then - at an average well below 7c before and after the 5c low and then sold roughly a third nearer to 20c four months after that low. That took me to better than free carried. I slowly reinvested that over the next few years and traded along the way as well. I wouldn't be free carried now. Those trading profit numbers from non cr trades are much larger than any cr profit I have taken. Profits from cr would be 5% at best of overall profit and in most cases, I could have made more by not taking a cr and buying on market later at below cr prices. Anyone on here can do that but instead, most will complain how the cr has hurt the sp rather than take advantage of it.
I can assure you, if I was selling when the paid down ramper "blasts his spammy content" as you put it, I would have lost money on this stock. Don't fall for his lines of warning me what I should do. That's a recipe for taking losses, not gains. His posts are far more prevalent at the lows, not the highs.
