You may have taken my reference to class action/compensation as giving up - far from it. Not sure how much exposure you've had to commercial litigation, but for what its worth my experience is that lawyers, even the very smartest ones are only human. They understand events better if they "live" through them. Just like someone who has owned NKP since 2007 would likely be much more familiar with it than a smart investor who bought yesterday. (or was than Dec LOL) .


At this point in time of course, there is no case for compensation (no outcome, no quantifiable losses etc), however, I think there would be a number of firms of international standing who would be interested in following the progress. This would put them in a better position if there was a claim and allow them to decide the optimum time for action.

I will likely be discussing this with a number of them.

This saga probably has a long, long way to go.
