That's how it starts, then the T20 gets stacked with all their buddies; before you know it the name appears as new company secretary, or chair, and there is a board shake up and the company is history, rinse and repeat. I am not trying to diminish your company, but this kind of behaviour is rampant on the ASX and should be outlawed.
