Reasonable, certainly. Accurate maybe, fairly broad ranged, not outrageously so.
Upper limit of $2 seems fair. I use $1 myself.
The $10 to $30 range puts the 30% figure of barrel price in the mid rang on $20.
An offer was made for Galp’s 40% that was not accepted and withdrawn, was it 10 cents a barrel or was it $2 a barrel offer?
