This has a potential and is classic case of the mouse that roared.
I believe and as already reported that GTG are going for 100 Million settlement and 10 Million per annum till the patent runs out in 2015 - a lot of hay making whilst the sun is shining here.
No mercy for Appelera, they caused much heartache for GTG over the past year.
Don't forget GTG also have many other fingers in the pie, genetic mapping, sports genetic testing, animal -greyhound horse racing, have been approved to clear backlog of DNA testing for federal police, and off course the Nasdaq listing coming up.
If the other company Fred bart is involved i.e EOS and that is shooting up, then I believe GTG is a goer, but be patient, get your feet wet of course this only my opinion and not a reccommendation.
