Yeah very confusing as a major ARDO holder will not be happy if we only get a 2c reduction to 18c at my 3c average purchase price I'll be paying 21c while ARD buyer at 18c say get 8c+ value from USN dis I alos only had a quick read-the paragraph that I though made sense now doesn't.... "The amount returned is the fair value of the US Nickel shares distributed for one Share held ie one half of a US Nickel share. The exercise price of the options will be reduced by that value"???
so what you guys are saying is actually the above isn't true and that PKF believe value to ARD's will only be 5c? so USN has a value of 10c...
