NS - id do a little more research on you've post in future (I know you're frustrated as I can share those frustrations also) 1 - the company announce on the 12th July that Mo would step down from his position on Jan 17th 2025 (which was 2 weeks ago). 2 - the company then announced on 15th July that Simon Ruffell had been promoted to CTO 3 - the company announced on the 14th Oct that Mo had left the building
So officially the company has been without a CEO only 2 weeks from his planned departure and approx 3 1/2 months since Mo left earlier than originally announced (including the Christmas break) and at a time when Simon had clearly taken the lead roll.
The company has a small roadshow in 11th & 12th of Nov - lead by Greg and Simon. It was at that time they announced to share holders that they were actively looking for Mo's replacement. HKP - It was mentioned that they had interview/interviews the following day while in Melbourne so Its my opinion that they started to look for the right candidate from this time onwards (1 month before Christmas).
It should also be noted that they may have chosen to pay Mo out till the date of Jan 17th 2025 so those funds for a new CEO are only now available..?
As I've said it takes time and could already be sorted and the company is waiting of regulatory approvals etc...??? everything slows down over the Christmas period (apart from retail...lol)
