Yes a little retrace but no big deal, it's only because the company says that a final administration process with Ukraine Gov in becoming an official gas producer, but everything else is complete.
One would think the sooner they do this the sooner the gas can flow, and the sooner the Ukrainian Government can on sell the gas for revenue, so there is a possibility it could happen in January.
