There's definitely discussion of the purchase of HER-Vaxx and even so I find it very hard to believe why someone would pay $3.5B for an IP only half way through Ph2 clinical trial given the chemotherapy market was for only advance gastric cancer. As for PH's comment, I'm certain she can't control what he says or does.
Had the pps dropped from 15c which for me was around the right valuation to 3.6c after poor clinical trial updates despite the messages she and YF has been sending then they will be blamed. So right now, neither are to be blamed as this drop is irrational.
