The only obvious thing is that its very complex and their are two sides to the story, both with some merit. If either NKP or Beng or ARM were 100% right or 100% wrong, then a conclusion would have been reached IMO.
PL seems very dismissive of the Beng claims, but the appeals court and DMR havent been as dismissive.
I think NKP have a good chance of reaching a compromise/settlement that is mutually benefitial. Maybe even exclusively benefitial to NKP.
