Possible, but seems unlikely, the placement shares have already been settled and issued as far as I can see.
Just throwing ideas out but only reasons I can think of are:
Major change in how they plan to use the funds. Unlikely given where the company is sitting at the moment.
The new cornerstone investor has been buying on market and has increased their holding enough to be a substantial holder. OBV has been mostly trending up slightly since the raise, and any selling has been absorbed so it's not outside the realm of possiblility.
I'm not sure why either would require a TH though.
