That graph is not proof of anything.
Nor is the fact that the same page it came from , says the price of used cars was up last week , proof of anything either.
Courtesy of the US , the expectation is the price of new ones is going down, and lots of new models , including stuff that Ozzies like , ie dual cabs.
So price of 2nd hand cars , evs and ices should go down .
But the graph doesn't prove anything, association is not causality.
