The 'joint venture' is a mystery in itself, they are happy to talk about in announcements but not as keen to report it to ASIC i fillings. SYA include it in reports so it's just a bit bizarre, ask you accountant why someone might report in this way.
As for future corporate activity I am sure its well under way, very few opportunities where a 100% uptick in asset value can be realised with a simple change of management.
