As many others have pointed out, the worst part is that we are all left here guessing what's going on.
Dr Stamler seems like a straight up guy - I would have expected clear communication from him.
I am even OK with this raise/dilution if it means we as a company get to keep a bigger piece of the pie.
Just would be nice to be kept in the loop.
