Copper may well have peaked and this year we may see lower resource prices overall.

CDU needs to lock in financing to justify its shareprice. I feel that prior to a financing deal being approved, the price will fall. Once approval is done, the price should then rise.

The real issue is the timing of this event. A lengthy delay in financing may well mean that the price is not much changed from now even after the announcement.
