    Hong Kong Jayson US$25m debt is out of the picture perhaps because they no longer wanted the phosphate for P4.
    However that debt facility has since been replaced by US$12mill debt from Bank BAI, US$14mill from the IDC and a US$10mill cash investment from the Angolan Sovereign Wealth fund, with US$6.4mill of that already received.
    The $25m has been replaced by $36mill. I'd say that more than makes up for it.
    $12mill in cash means the company has ample time to finalise the above debt facilities.
    Not nearly the desperate situation one person is trying to portray for whatever extremely selfish reasons.
