re: Ann: BC Iron Recommends Cash Offer from R... Just having a look at the dates of the proposed takeover from Regent, and i notice the first Court date is in early march and meeting with BCI shareholders in mid April..
Now some time in Feb, BCI would have made the first shipment of iron ore.. share price with that announcement (Min 10% up)
Implementation of scheme as per timetable in Early May.
By that time BCI would have shipped close to 800000t of iron ore. (SP increasing into june, assuming no delays)
like most of you, have made money on this, but very disappointed with the offer.
