The last 2 appointments have nothing to do with getting a mine up and running. Mottram was hired for exploration and Araujo was hired for supervising the drilling progs.

Touro won't be drilled until the dry season.(Maybe)Drilling was supposed to resume in the dry season LAST year,but that didn't eventuate.
Lara Exploration are happy to give up 75% of Conceicao for a Licence block that a couple of Majors have shown no interest in.
I agree that the copper will fund everything else,but only if they mine it.
The granting of the Trial Mining licence will remove a lot of doubt in my mind.
