No tolate Kibeya and others are afraid of being found guilty of Corruption and Theft . You need to think of this in 2 stages. 1. pre funding 2: Post Funding . You see Pre Funding ,Corrupt players like Kibeya were expecting AVZ to go bankrupt and disappear . Cominiere actually stated this on their X site . You can look it up . They just expected AVZ would crumble and walk away . So why would Criminals pay any attention to court verdicts or future court hearings ? They also had the expectation that one of their dirty dishonest tricks to bring AVZ undone would work . It all failed big time . Now we have Post Funding . Completely different ball game . Now Kibeya and his Corrupt mates are looking down the barrel of being found guilty of Corruption and Theft . Theft from the poor poverty stricken citizens of the DRC as well as an International Investor AVZ . No no no tolate the game has changed big time from Pre Funding to Post Funding . All Kibeya and the other Corrupt play mates will be thinking about is how the hell can we get out of this and not be found Guilty of one of the Biggest acts of Corrupt and Theft against an International Investor in recent History .
