Just back from the local ag show (where I am a steward).

My take on C is that either OZL has pulled out because the depth is a real issue or if they are in the running, there desire to pay top dollar is not there.

From my understanding, the issue with C is not the purchase price, it is the cost to bring the product to market, which is close to $2.5B, so the purchase price needs to be low to justify the cost and risk and maybe the C owners do not want to realise this.

From my understanding of OZL cash flow, we can do both C and SFR, if we wished to. (and still pay a dividend)
