Restructuring costs of of $97.2m ($37.4m cash component) this year. So the numbers for this year will take an additional hit. Whether and when the annualised cost savings come into play is an open question at the moment. One thing is for sure - lots of investor funds have been squandered opening hundreds of new stores which are now being closed.
