This looks a belter of an acquisition for VXR. No wonder it was starting to rise when news leaked ahead of the Trading Halt.
They seem to have got an absolute bargain here. With the mine near enough to existing facilities they can get a real good return for the money.

They value the enlarged VXR at 25c per share. And note that they are the cheapest amongst their peers at present.
Theres an awful lot of upside here by imho.
