I would love to be able to see a spreadsheet of all locations with lease expiry dates ordered from most recent. My hunch is that corporate made such a spreadsheet and clipped off the first 200 locations. This would keep the shutdown costs as low as possible. It's a nobrainer to pay out a 12 month lease obligation if the operational loss for that 12 months will end up being equal or higher.
I'd say this pump is nervous shorts closing out. If you read between the lines this news is very negative. And who just sold all these shares??
