I have a great idea at bthese times of chaos in SA.

We have established that owbership of land is not key to obtaining a mining licence and any put together "community" can apply for rights.

We hear at Hotcopper have put in pots of cash into NKP in order to develop the SA resources and I feel we should now put in an application to the DMR for the rights as "The Hotcopper community".

I grew up in SA so I will be happy to relocate to Tubatse permanently and build my hut alongside King Thulare's grave. We can appoint ANC youth leage leader Malema for political and social clout and Nelson mandela as our Goodwill Director.

We can even offer the Bengs/ARM/Shapiro some shares for giving us the opportunity to file.
