I see Zhu has tried to support the share price and minimise the impact of the exit of Golden Star by absorbing most of their shares. The conflict between them is that Zhu and Canmax wanted GL1 to focus on the delivery of DFS on Manna and progress this project while Ron wants to hold off the project (they did a lot of infill drilling last year and delay the DFS several times) and shift company’s strategy to a multi-commodity exploration company.

As a shareholder, I think what we vote for next week is whether:
1. You want GL1 to focus on Manna and deliver DFS, finalise the off-take and funding as all other lithium companies did or are doing. (The risk here is we all don’t know if the project would be economical under current market price). Ron predicted the recovery of lithium prices in many conferences and meetings, but it didn’t happen, and hardly in the near future as well due to the increasing supply from Africa and South America.
2. You agree with Ron that GL1 should shift focus to gold or even REE and continue to drill and explore the tenant that company has. And we just freeze Manna for an unknown period of time which no one can predict - Ron didn’t tell us the shareholder, under what lithium price, he would think the Manna DFS can restart.
