Unity (Bendigo) bought 2,125,771 pounds worth of shares in Goldstone at 6.5p per share and 412,475 pounds worth of shares in Goldstone at 3.5p per share.The current share price is as above.
This year Goldstone is going to be exploring in VERY prospective areas in Ghana, Senegal and hopefully soon to be confirmed, Gabon ( a chance of finding something huge ).
As well as any upside on their investment , which could be substantial, Bendigo ( Unity ) is to provide support to Goldstone in respect of any development and mining of Goldstones assets.Goldstone is not uppermost in the mind of any Unity shareholders at the moment, but this time next year Unitys investment in Goldstone could be seen as a decision which moves Unity on to the next level.
