I don't know whether or not Nick was alluding to Mott or not, but when I spoke to him he did say that they would from time to time get experts in on a consultancy basis and after (a short time) they had done their work they would move on, rather than put more and more people on the payroll.
By the way he also mentioned that Sprott had been making enquiries of MCO.
Nick has my full support while the $'s differ significantly we both have a significant amount of skin in MCO.
