    I do understand as on Thursday I make a few kgs of Sausages
    one of which was Mexican with a little... chillie
    and the next day
    to prove the chillie was there
    there was a ring of Fire


    nice song to sit there with

    the other sausages were my idea of Italian, these contained fresh from the garden oregano and dried mixed herbs
    the other mix, and onion and a heap of cheese
    all the about 4ks of sausages were based on 70% beef and 30 %pork and powdered milk to keep them sweet and moist which cooking
    with natural casings/skins

    you do or can make your own sausage ?
    its easy and very constructive, and some will understand a good feeling
    making food to eat

    these, this level of sausage retails here for $24.95
    my cost, beef, $ 9kg , pork $8ks......... casing/skins almost nothing
