Acquisition of PRIME at a valuation of $132m over 3 years ago.
$50m for a 15% stake in A1N acquired at $1.10 per share in 2023.
Current market Capitalisation of SWM now less than $250m.
No dividends since.
These are recent investments, nothing to do with the decline of FTA TV. So you're telling me that these investments added value for SWM shareholders? Call me old fashioned but I reckon most SWM small shareholders wouldn't have minded $180m returned to them instead. What's that, a 11.5c dividend?
In which case I reckon the rest of SWM (minus the PRIME and A1N assets) might be trading a little better than the residual of the current share price (16c - 11.5 = 4.5 cents).
You're seriously suggesting these acquisitions added value for small shareholders?
