ASIC is only claiming there were 5 loans in breach of regulations, if there were hundreds or thousands they would have made such a claim. Especially in order to maximise the publicity & any fines.
To suggest that there thousands when there is no evidence to suggest there was is deceitful.

SVR have always claimed they had appropriate procedures in place, that's why they denied any wrong doing & they are going to court to defend themselves.
