I stongly disagree with your assessment. DMR will give it to the Genorah/NKP entity as they are the entity that represent the needs of the communities on both farms and are in a better position to realise them.

They comply with section 104. I will be very suprised if the DMR appoint the rights to the applicants and their associated partners. It will be an injustice. Especially as the RP are the true owners of the Eerste Geluk farms. Irrespective of the deception that allowed the rights of that farm to be set aside.
