Oh dear, so you and your mates believe AVZ does not have a controlling interest.
I just explained why AVZ is still the controlling body in Dathcom.
If you really want to know what is going on, attend the next AGM so you can ask the BOD.
Maybe try to read the announcement in its entirety and try to understand also some other facts of the agreement. It is rather important.
