On what grounds do you see that Beng have better chances and can capital raise etc within two years? That is what they stated but who really knows, they may be just setting up a scam to tunnel out investors funds into far away bank accounts!

Does it really make sense to question NKP ability and not question the Beng comments that they can do it in 2 years? Who is really supporting them and why did those supporters not approach NKP previously to do a deal and save 2 years in court? Something does not fit and I can sense some dark operators behind the scenes.

Most of the negative comments on NKP seem emotional as people are correctly concerned about their invested cash.
I like to be less emotional (at least I try) and think things through and at the moment any claim from Beng is in my view highly suspect.

At least with the Anglo/ARM issues I understand what is behind better and agree that some solution can probably be worked out. Wonder if Xstrata will ever comment on this situation?
