Intrigued by this too. Can't see CRH going to FBR - "We've sat on our hands for 38 days, yep, lets get negotiating"
FBR absolutely would know where this is at. They should be in the final stages of negotiation. Is there much chance it falls over in the last week of negotiations ?
Otherwise, they should know if it isn't happening, and an announcement should already have been made.
All this leads me to conclude we should be hearing an announcement at any time, but not today, as the Superbowl is on
