The fact people are still debating if something would have gone wrong, delay, renegotiation, etc, paints a good picture of market sentiment: JV is still not yet priced in because people don’t know if it’s 100% going ahead, or even 70%confidence, my interpretation of market sentiment at this stage is more 55-45 odd it’s going ahead, which is why SP stayed above 4c.
Personally I’m confident it’s 90% going ahead, 10% going ahead with better surprise factors, e.g. updated metrics hurdle, Liebherr fires up manufacturing line.
FBR is about to sign the most important contract paper since the birth of H105, we have seen how Pivacs have always been very confident and firm on seeking the maximum interest, this JV deal would be a fair and equal deal to all parties involved. Otherwise they would have pumped SP and sold their shares already.
