WOW ! 27% indeed. Well close enough I guess .
Now I wonder what Colin Petrolous intends to do with his increased shareholding which apparently now stands at just on 11.43%.
Mind you 27% plus 11.43% is still just 38.43% which is quite a bit short of 50% still at this stage.
And certainly a long, long way short of just over 90% that AAR no doubt wants to get to to absorb MXR completely.
If enough ordinary MXR shareholders dig in and hold out they can prevent this unfair merger.
