Altura meet interest payments in 2020 up until a standstill agreement was made with the Loan Noteholders April to find new investors to replace the loan.
This eventuated with Galaxy and Ganfeng within the negotiated time frame and accepted by the Loan Noteholders on a Friday , who then asked them to wait till Monday for signing and in good faith they did.
As previously described by me, and in the annual report, already posted, the Loan Noteholders at 1 minute past midnight on the Sunday placed Altura into recievership.
