Everyone here should just stay calm and wait until an official announcement is made.
It is possible that some hard-nosed-bastard in the backrooms of this Govt will take the view that it is better for the objectives of the taxpayer to NOT give us any funding because we will find a way to get to the end regardless of whether or not the Gov helps us ... that is, they will give the money to a different company that looks good but is struggling more than we are.
