45 calendar days from 02 Jan 2025 will take us to 16 Feb - this Sunday. So this is actually the final week.

For me, as stated long time back, the JV is as good as done. CRHV has got not much to lose but everything to gain if FBR's tech gain traction. I cant see the JV not going ahead.

However if both sides lawyers fall short of time, whatever the reason, then an extension cannot be ruled out. If the JV cannot be agreed, they wont take this long to figure. As some suggested it is material and would already be Ann.

An extension can be made on the very last day technically if they run out of time? Again I think highly improbable.

According to some here, seems like someone sold off a chunk late this afternoon - i havent look at the data yet.

If it eventuates that JV indeed cannot be signed this week - then the SP action of this afternoon (possibly till Friday) looks too suspicous - it only be insider leak.

I dont believe the Pivacs will ever tolerate or allow a leak to happen, especially at this stage and time.

But I do believe an insider leak happened before with FBR - in mid 2020 a few months before the first oudoor build - although a poorly timed one.

Could simply be nerves (someone with 7 millions shares will be of sterner stuff though?) or last shake of weak hands.

We will see.
