All good ... But it wont assist a land price reduction, , matters little how many developers there may be ... The taxes on all levels just kill it !! These continue to Rise , as every layer of government has their hand out .
Around 10 years ago I purchased a block in Outter Melbourne for 51 k , the Levies , Taxes , Charges are now 55 k a block ( give or take ..and Rising ) , throw in the cost of the Raw dirt , and Its all over .
