I will sell to anyone that offers somewhere close to the generally assessed value of the company. To not sell to Chinese interest just because they are Chinese is outright racist. If you do not sell then you do not sell to Japan, American or European interests. How much value in Beach do want destroyed with that attitude just to make you feel good about keeping it "the farm".
