Good morning everybody - trading from the Sunshine Coast today! Bought a house over the weekend (in Sydney), and now I need to liquidate about 35% of my portfolio. What to sell? What to hold? I have about 5 business days to raise the capital. I love all my shares (too much), but some will have to go.
Naturally, I expect them all to double-bag the day after I sell.
