No agenda but take at look at the funding agreement that Trafigura have with DVP. The secuiry they require before they lend their dollars is significant. Take the time and read it you will see what I am talking about. I hope that Brian is talking to someone who can provide funding if so let him tell us. Just because T is operating in Cuba means nothing.
