I wasnt aware, never seen such a deal. Horrible deal making, convertible notes would be better than this as atleast they cant pick and choose the lowest prices over the last month, and convertible notes are bottom of the barrell financing, also known as death debt financing.
Im seriously shocked at how bad you have to be at negotiating to sign off on a deal like this.
Anyway wrote this to the company, they should be paying 0.0054 per share not 0.005, do what I can to keep the bastards honest and get the company an extra $8k lol.
