Whilst i refuse to engage in chat room banter, i'll make this exception:

It is not for an indefinite period, but until DMR make a decision. The decision is critical. I prefer to wait - and i dont care how long, so long as the RIGHT decision is made. There is no point arguing about the process itself - the DMR is under significant pressure here, and based on my interpretation it aint from the new kids on the block looking to swoop like hyenas, but NKP should the application be refuted and become null and void from inception.

Secondly, "I think there is now less than a 50/50 chance of a re-listing without a significant further capital raising if at all. It could also be months out now for all we know." Rubbish, with a positive announcement from the DMR, a raft of income sources unfold, from joint venture participants, internation listings, to expansion of option date expiration etc....

And finally, to suggest that the market should be left to make a determination on its final price is myopic. The free market works on the principles of efficiency and for there to be efficiency in price, you need information to make rational decisions. Releasing an asset into an inefficient market exposes NKP to arbitrage by those with the greatest power to effect its outcome - either Xstrata, Anglo or ARM who would have sludge capital in NKP to manipulate it's price where it sees fit.


Now, that's it from me - see you all when NKP relists - there is only noise left now until real information is forthcoming.
