I've told you already, it was to refinance his initial loan with Macquarie as it was due. They are the one who loan them to be shorted, go and ask them why. PH doesn't care about minimising his IMU exposure otherwise he would bought shares at 4c before they rerated to 15c and sell as there was enough volumes. PH still has over 300M shares so will need a T/O from BP to maximise the return like he did at VLA, that's his strategy and we know he is greedy.
